Using LetsGolf
By using LetsGolf, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
LetsGolf is a comparison tool that compiles pricing and availability information for golf courses across Canada and indoor simulators in the Greater Toronto Area. Prices and availability may change. Confirm details with the venue or booking provider. Listings, alerts and booking requests do not guarantee a reservation.
Independent service
LetsGolf is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by GolfThe6ix or the City of Toronto.
Third-party names, logos and content belong to their respective owners and do not imply endorsement.
Pro membership
Pro is charged in CAD at the price, applicable tax and billing interval shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew until you cancel renewal through Your plan. Cancelling renewal keeps access until the paid period ends; deleting your account cancels the subscription and ends access immediately.
Cancellation does not automatically issue a refund. Contact us for refund requests; statutory refund rights still apply. Complimentary access does not renew or create charges, and does not cancel a separate paid subscription. Course charges are separate from Pro.
Optional auto-booking
You must own the connected GolfThe6ix account and be authorized to use its saved payment method. Linking permits the credential use described in our auto-booking privacy details; it does not authorize a reservation or charge.
Each request authorizes one booking for the date and preferences you review, including checkout using saved payment details or an obligation to pay at the course, without further confirmation. Accepting the course's price without a maximum authorizes the group total, including taxes and fees, without a price limit. Any saved maximum applies to the whole group in CAD, including taxes and fees.
Recurring alerts do not authorize future dates. Rely on GolfThe6ix confirmation, and check uncertain outcomes before booking again. Stop pending requests in Auto-booking; running or unresolved bookings may need review before disconnecting.
Stopping a request, disconnecting, cancelling Pro or deleting your account cannot reverse a submitted reservation. Manage reservations, cancellations and refunds with the booking provider. Its payment, cancellation and no-show terms apply.
Acceptable use and ownership
Use LetsGolf lawfully. Do not disrupt it, collect other users' information, or automate access or copy its content without permission. LetsGolf owns its name, logo and original content.
Service limits
To the extent permitted by law, LetsGolf is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of accuracy or uninterrupted service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
Changes and contact
