You can browse without an account.
Information we use
- Account and saved details — Your email, sign-in details, favourites, preferences, alerts and round history, including scores or imports you provide, to deliver the features you choose.
- Location — Search locations and coordinates you share to find nearby venues and calculate distances. Saved locations stay with your account.
- Usage — Device information, page views and interactions to understand feature use and diagnose problems. This may be linked to your account. Public-page browsing may be recorded with typed inputs masked; these recordings exclude account, sign-in and contact pages.
- Membership and support — Account, purchase and subscription records for billing and access; your name, email and messages to respond to enquiries. Payment providers handle card details; LetsGolf does not store full card numbers.
Optional auto-booking
Linking GolfThe6ix lets us store your email and encrypted password to check your connection and carry out bookings you separately authorize. Authorized LetsGolf personnel can access these credentials. We retain your consent, instructions, connection status and booking outcomes.
This feature may access account details, billing addresses, saved-payment references and reservations. Private booking records and recordings may include account, reservation and payment-page information for support, security and resolving booking outcomes. Enter card details directly with GolfThe6ix.
Linking alone authorizes no reservation or charge. Review our booking terms. You can stop pending requests or disconnect in Auto-booking.
Service providers
Providers process relevant account, location, usage and transaction information for hosting, sign-in, maps, communications, analytics, security and billing. We remain responsible for information processed on our behalf. Contact us for provider details.
External sign-in and booking services also apply their own privacy policies. GolfThe6ix receives login and booking requests you authorize. Information may be processed outside Canada, under different laws and subject to lawful access by local authorities.
Cookies and advertising
Cookies and similar storage support sign-in, preferences, site features and analytics. Your browser controls storage and location permissions; restrictions may affect some features.
Google and its advertising partners may collect IP addresses, page visits and cookie data to deliver, measure and personalize ads based on activity here and on other sites. See Google's data practices. Opt out of personalized ads through Google Ads Settings or industry opt-out tools.
Retention and deletion
A successful disconnect removes your saved booking password from active records and stops pending requests. In-progress or unresolved bookings may need review first. Account deletion cancels your membership and removes active account data. Neither action cancels submitted reservations or deletes your booking-provider account.
Some identifiable billing, booking, consent, security and support records, including recordings, may remain as needed to prevent duplicate bookings, resolve uncertain outcomes, handle disputes or meet legal obligations. Recordings are reviewed separately for deletion. Restricted backups may retain earlier records and encrypted credentials until they expire; withdrawn consent remains withdrawn.
