GolfThe6ix auto-booking

1. Link your GolfThe6ix account above. The same login works for both booking modes.
2. Choose an existing tee-time alert, or plan a booking for the 8 pm release.
3. Review the course, playing date, tee time and golfers, then authorize one booking.

Linking your account alone never starts a booking. You can check progress in Your requests.

Both modes support 18-hole rounds for 1–4 golfers at Don Valley, Dentonia Park, Tam O’Shanter, Humber Valley and Scarlett Woods. Auto-booking is only available for GolfThe6ix; alerts for other booking platforms remain email alerts.

Book when an alert matches is for a tee time that becomes available within your alert’s date, time window and group size, including cancellations. Turn on auto-book for the alert you want.

Book at the 8 pm release is for tee times opening 7 days ahead. Choose the date you want to play; we work out the release date. For example, Saturday’s tee times open the previous Saturday at 8 pm Toronto time.

You can have one request per playing date across both modes. Weekly alerts authorize only the playing date shown, not every week.

New requests accept the course’s price for your group, including taxes and fees, with no price limit. You authorize this before saving. We use your saved GolfThe6ix payment details; keep them up to date on GolfThe6ix. Any amount due at the course is still your responsibility.

An existing request with a saved price limit keeps that limit.

No. Saving a request gives us permission to try. Your tee time is booked only when GolfThe6ix confirms it and the request shows “Booked”. If a result needs checking, check your GolfThe6ix reservations before booking again.

You can stop a request before the booking attempt starts, then choose another course for that date. Turning off alert auto-booking keeps your email alert on.

Once an attempt starts, stopping cannot undo a reservation already submitted, and the playing date stays used. Manage confirmed reservations and cancellations directly on GolfThe6ix.
