Golfers consistently call this one of the cheapest places to play in the area and a fine spot for beginners or a casual practice round. It plays short, with many par 3s and little need for a driver. The most common complaint by far is conditioning, with frequent mentions of bare tee boxes, rough fairways, and poor bunkers, though several note the greens hold up better and that new ownership has begun improvements.
